*****ing of data

I took out a contract 'the big deal" 5G FOR 99 on July 2016 when I took this contract I asked the consultant if its anytime and she said yes they not going to me half during the day and HALF DURING THE night its 5G ANYTIME , and it was like that for that year but to my surprise my data was finished on the 9 of January I contacted Telkom and spoke to a consultant named sibukeli kolondiya and she said I am on a 500MB plan and she ended the chat with out explaining anything to me and it seemed like she had no idea what she's doing very unfriendly and ***********. I WANT TO KNOW HOW THE F# HELL CAN A CONTRACT BE CHANGED I SIGNED A 5G ANYTIME @99 FOR 24 MONTHS. I AM SO SICK OF THIS TELKOM CONTRACT !!!!!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER FROM TELKOM ...
