*****ing my money, no service!!

<p>Since December our line has been a mess, if its not down, its un-usably slow!!</p> <p>This thing was dead since the 9th of March, was back up on the 18th - but its so slow we can harldy use it!! </p> <p>We are paying for a 4MB Line but we are not even getting 1MB!!!!!! The 3G ****les are not windows 10 compatible, so unless I put that simcard in my phone, its also un-usable!!!! You are also not providing me with the correct credits on my account for this line being down so often!! Fix this line or cancel this contract! Please refund the last 2 months as well! </p>
