*****ing my money after cancelled contract

Telkom is quick to open up a new contract, but its a mission to end the contract. You need to fill a form and email it, then wait 21 days until its done... this is so they can get another months money from you. I cancelled my contract in Oct, and phoned the call center 3 times since. They always say someone will call to confirm the cancellation, I wait and no one phones. They have been taking money for the contract up until now. Yet I get no data for that contract.

I want my contract cancelled!!!! Why is it so damn difficult to cancel a contract in this day and age????
