*****ing my money

I app**** for adsl but was unsucsessful, telkom however started deducting my payment after four months. I went to the bank and telkom and had it all reversed and telkom assured me it will not happen again. Now five months later they took of all the payments again at once. I now have to travel to my nearest town to have it reversed. The cost for the traveling will be about R 1800. What am I to do.
