*****ing my Money

Telkom has still not assisted me in any way. You are *****ing my money!! I have canceled my account and money is still being deducted off!!! I have talked to multiple agents emailed and phoned. I went to a local store and still, no one is able to help me... I am paying for a service that is not being used.
