*****ing my money

<p>Second month you have deducted money from me after I cancelled the mobile service on 17 January 2017 - that is 76 days where I was told it takes 21 days. Now what Telkom owes me is R996 ... and after an incorrect invoice in Feb, you deducted the money, corrected the invoice but no credit given ... you are *******!!!!</p> <p>I have been calling and messaging non-stop since beginning of Feb, you make promises but nothing happens. </p> <p>Paid from a/c..********, 01 Apr: R870 Ref.Telkom Sa ********** 040; R498 Ref.Telkommobi ********** 850</p>
