*****ing money

I called in June to cancel a router contract because it was ******. She said I cannot cancel because there will be a big cancellation fee so she suspended the Sim card but I still PAY R500 every month for it. Then she said she will cancel the contract when it ends. She did not do this. Telkom is now loading prepaid 20GB data on a suspended number. How the hell does this even make sense?! It is suspended. Why are you loading data on it. And now I cancel it and she tells me I will still pay this month and next month.
