*****ing money and no delivery

<p>Worst service ever especially at the Canal Walk Express store!!!!!!! These guys submitted my application and approved it for an upgrade and then started billing me before I could get the device. This has been happening over the last two months going into the third; and I still don't have the device!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely *********** and I'm going to file a case with the police for *****.</p>
