<p>Telkom took and extra R5100. 00 from my account for this month which left me destatute. Now its been an uphill battle to get my money back</p>
This is the same generic response we get all the time with no action. What Telkom doesn’t realise is that I have a heart condition. With you taking an excessive amount from my bank account I am now unable to make an appointment with my doctor and also can’t afford to purchase the necessary heart medication. You people are playing with my life
