*****ing money

<p>After months (since April 2016 ) I have sent cancellation requests for my telephone line and it still hasn't been done and i'm still being debited......I am utterly amazed at how a company can blatantly ignore their customers like this. They hound you to sign up but when it comes to a cancellation they pretend you don't exist</p>
