*****ING MONEY!!

We cancelled our ADSL line a few years back and along with that Telkom decided to cut our phone line, we had no issue and decided to cancel that as well.

Skip to 2021 where we are applying for a home loan but to our surprised are declined due to outstanding accounts with Telkom. We were handed over to debt collectors without any warning or any knowledge of money owed to them. Turns out they continued to charge us for the phone line and emailed the account to the cancelled ADSL line email address?!?! ARE YOU STUPID.

Now we are trying to sort the problem out but no one at Telkom is helping us and the quote "forgot which debt collectors they handed us over to" how do you not have records of these things?!

I will never EVER conduct ANY business with Telkom again.

TAKE US OF THE BLACKLIST!!!!
