*****ing from me

i took out a contract with Telkom in January, for a samsung galaxy S5 for R399. they have been charging me R416 every month since then. i went to the branch last month to confirm why i was being charged that amount and i was informed that it was because i was registered for post statement. i asked them to remove it and make it email statements.the guy that helped me said he had. second thing is that my debit order runs on the 16th of every month, i get paid on the 20th of every month. i asked the same guy to change it of which he said he had. i got an sms today(16/04/2015) for the debit order, which bounced cz i have no funds in my account. this will affected my credit record AND why wasnt it changed when i requested it AND why wasnt i informed from day 1 that i will be charged R416?. i AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL.
