*****ing from Customers

Absolutely disgusted with Telkom Mobile over the last couple of months. I have been a Telkom prepaid customer for years and have not had a problem with the service or the data. However I bought data in April of this year and I'm still waiting for this data!! I have sent numerous emails to Telkom with not even the courtesy of a reply to say they were looking into it. Now I know its not a big amount and that your customers are not as important unless we spending millions but your service is ****!! I want my data loaded on my phone or a refund for the purchase.
