*****ing from clients

I cancelled a contract with telkom mobile on 07/05/2015...did not notice the monies still being deducted from my account because i have a few contracts with telkom mobile... went back to the branch again 12/01/2016.... there they lodged a cancellation again, said that they will refund me and contact me within 48h... followed up again on 21/01/2016 with no feedback yet... tried again today on 081180 was on the line again for 9min50 with no one helping me... going to the saps to open a case against telkom mobile... my ref number fot mei 2015 is ***0 an jan 2016 is ***4
