*****ing cent by cent

For the past year, our account has been debited and credited with a cent or three every month. Why do they round the account, credit the excess cent or two, only to add it again next month as if you never pay your account properly? Please stop messing around with our accounts!!

As per Telkom's Terms and Conditions, http://www.telkom.co.za/about_us/download/telkomsstandardtermsandconditionsfortheprovisionofelec.pdf - 6.4.4 Telkom reserves the right to round a fraction of 1c (one cent) off to the nearest 5c (five) cent.
