*****ING AND LOOTING!

With our new contract we instructed the account stop automatically after the 24 month period. After the 24 month period (April 2021) they continued to deduct money. After visiting the Service Centre in Benoni Mall (MBALI) we send numerous mails with reference numbers that the account is paid up and should stop. Even sending bank statements to (Nonjabulo Nosipho Jili) did not help, nor even as much as a reply. Still today July 2021 they are still deducting money from my account. *****ING and LOOTING seems to start at TELKOM. NOTHING good about this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER AND GROWING BY REPUTATION DAILY. BEST OF LUCK!!!
