Stay way from telkom contracts

Totally pathetic. Make sure your ready for a battle if you ever want to cancel your contract and stop paying for it. Been paying on a wireless internet contract a year now ever though it was canceled with reference nr : ***1 on 29 August 2019 only 2 days after receiving well in cool down period of 4 days you have to cancel without any costs... Almost impossible to reach telkom to sort it out since it's always someone else who can help you. I've spent hours on the phone and they are still debiting me monthly
