You guys are a dissapointment, received a call from debt collector saying I owe a premium. You guys send me statements, nothing was sent regarding the account. Now you debited my account R600 and something,I went to your one of your branches was told you guys were charging me extra for what I don't know. I'm not happy someone needs to sort this out soon, this has even affected my credit record. Guys get your house in order
