Stay far away from Telkom if you can.

Don't believe Telkom when they say you can cancel with a month's notice. I cancelled certain items on my our Telkom account, received reference numbers for those cancellations and 9 months later, after never cancelled the items we asked for and after so many frustrating calls and promises Telkom black listed us. This after they owe us money for the credits they should have given for never cancelling the items and kept charging us for. Now I have to explain months and months of reference numbers and phone calls to NuDebt Management and probably wait who knows how long before the bad credit record gets lifted. Stay far away from Telkom if you can!!
