STAY FAR AWAY FROM TELKOM!!!!

Telkom is by far the worst company you could ever possibly use for anything & im so sick & tired of them!!!! they have suspended my account again this month yet the debit order went off on the 31st Aug already origionally when i took the contract the debit order date was the 1st, 4 days later for the 2nd month in a row they suspend my account and want to come with *** excuses like there are different payment departments How is that my problem? i missed 1 debit order that was in march or april and now every month i "Owe" them extra money on top of that they debit my account every month and a few days later they suspend my account & then they charge me fees for it its absolute BULL!!!!! you can never get into contact with them, they have no email addresses to submit complaints & when you write a review about them they dont bother responding either...do yourself a favour stay far far away from telkom they are useless when it comes to customer service
