Stay far away from Telkom

Took a contract with Telkom, got the Hisense u962. After a few months of struggling with the phone's connection and slow system use we lodged a complaint and wanting to cancel the contract as we thought it's the reception. After getting proof from my friend that we do have signal for Telkom we decided not to cancel contract but rather get a different phone on the contract. Asked not to cancel the contract but the customer service put the cancellation through anyway. Not the first time customer service sucks from Telkom. How can you sell a contract anyway with such ****py device? Would never use Telkom again and wouldn't recommend them either
