Stay FAR AWAY form telkom!!!!!!!

If I could give it a 0 out of 5 I would. 5 months ago I cancelled my LTE and went over to fiber. A week ago my fiber went offline and when I contacted them they said my fiber was not paid at all during the past 5 months and that the LTE was not cancelled and that the debit order was for the LTE.

I paid all the outstanding money for the fiber and now they say its cancelled after confirming last week that if the money was paid the line would not be cancelled.

AVOID TELKOM AT ALL COST!!!! it is the worst ISP in this country and that says alot.
