STAY CLEAR OF TELKOM

I app**** for a TELKOM landline and ADSL. My application was declined. They always say their calls are being recorded for quality purposes. Hmmmmm

I then app**** with MWEB and got connected to the Internet through them.

A few weeks later, a technician arrived at my door saying he was here to install my landline etc. I told him I'd been declined and had signed up with MWEB already.

He was persistent and refused to leave until he'd done what he was told to do.

He then installed.

I called them and told them the whole saga.

Since then, I have been billed. I now get billed by them and MWEB. I have only used MWEB. I didn't even purchase a landline unit.

I have received threats from an attorney who calls me daily. I told them the story and they were very rude. The asked me for a reference number. I had never received a reference nuber as my application had been DECLINED!!

I have now been told I will be listed under ITC as a bad client.

If they will listen to their recordings, they will hear the consultant informing me that I HAD BEEN DECLINED.

I had better not be blacklisted for something I was not in control of.

My suggestion to anyone else: STAY CLEAR OF TELKOM
