Stay away they are useless

<p>I have been in Capetown for the whole December now that I returned my Telkom line was not working, so I calmly phoned Telkom to let them come out and fix the problem.....yeah well dreaming helps when you have a company so useless. Its been about 4 days now not even a phone call asking when they can come to fix the problem? I have bills to pay and I cant do that with no internet, if you miss a payment this useless company is quick to cut off your line but when you have a problem they couldn't care less. If I can advise anyone stay as far away as possible for Telkom if you have a plan b use it because with Telkom you are never connected. I can honestly say I have never seen a company care less about there clients wish there was a better option</p>
