Worst decision I ever made to get into a contract with telkom and their partner mondo, took out a contract on the 8 October, received the sim the following day, sim was only activated on the 21st of November, logged a cancellation that month received an sms that cancellation is being processed but today m still billed an the billing department at telkom did not receive any communication so there is nothing they can do
