Stay away from unhelpful Telkom

Telkom in Gateway and La Lucia is so unhelpful!!! We keep having problems with them trying to deduct thousands of rands from our account. One payment bounced in December and was paid straight away but since then we have had problems. When we go to them to resolve the problem they say the billing department will phone us, THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!! When we got fed up with that and phoned them they keep coming up with excuses for why they doing this, each coming up with their own reasons (one said they deducting money for February too while it was still the beginning of January!!!). Eventually they don't even try to debit money from our account but keep saying that it has bounced and then try to charge us like R200 extra for each time it "bounces". We went into the store planning to speak to the manager but NOPE SORRY, they not in and the person we do get to speak to then claims that we have been in arrears since June, when we have paid every single month! It is getting ridiculous. They have already deducted over R2000 from our account again at the end of January.
