Stay away from this company as far as you can.

<p>It started with my internet upload speed that just stopped completely. So I basically had no internet.</p> <p>I complained and they sent someone who told me they don't know what the problem is. So I had the slowest internet for more than a month. I cancelled my contract and they sent me an invoice including a penalty fee for early cancelation. R2499.00. I paid it and sent the proof through. No one contacts me I call many times to make sure my cancelation is in progress. Every time I call it is the same story. They will make sure it is in process and they give me some reference number.</p> <p>The next month they just keep on deducting as normal.</p> <p>Try to leave this company and see what happens….</p> <p> </p>
