Fantastic service, until you cancel your service. You receive sms confirming cancellation processed, amount to pay to finalise cancellation and then three months later you get billed additional three months, on a month to month contract you cancelled. After three months the ask you for reference numbers you deleted from you phone, thinking the process was finalised as you paid the summary amount stated in the sms. Then all of a sudden they cannot find any reference to cancellation on you account. Now they inform you that you did not cancel, you were disconnected, and you have to pay first, and then they will start a cancellation process. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM, THE STORIES YOU HEAR ARE TRUE!!!!
