Stay away from Telkom's LTE offering!!

Ever since I bought this internet wifi service 20GB day and 20GB night for R500 per month I have had nothing but slow internet access using it.

I have contacted Telkom about this many times via their call centre but this service has been unhelpful at best. At one time I had to use a work colleague's contact at Telkom just to get someone to try and help. eventually... someone 'engineers' came to my house to attend to issue, but nothing was done about it. when I asked what had been changed to remedy the situation I got no response and I suppose was ignored.

The connection just gets slower and slower every month, and now I am at the point where I just don't bother using it anymore. I have a better connection via my phone 3G.

I am sorry that I bought into this service.

I recommend to stay away because you will get caught in a 24 month contract paying for a service that you cant rely on. Coverage in your area doesn't guarantee quality of service, i.e. speed of connection. At the very least you will be frustrated and ultimately feel like you have been ******.
