Stay away from Telkom WIFI

I installed unlimited WiFi from Telkom last year June and oh my days, yaqala inkathazo 😭 I previously had Vuma, which worked perfectly but when my contract with them ended and a Telkom agent called me, I decided to move to them because it was cheaper and I’m paying the price every day. There are days when the WiFi will completely not work as if it has no data (like today) and I find myself having to buy a lot of data weekly because I work from home (which is an unnecessary added expense). I have complained to different Telkom agents about this for the past few months and they keep saying they will send a technician to fix the problem but they still haven’t. I’m tired. I cannot stress this enough — STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM. I have decided to move back to Vuma and the Telkom agent says I’ll have to pay close to R2000 to cancel my contract (???!) I don’t understand how I’m the one who has to pay when they are the ones at fault 🥴💔 hayi bandla.
