STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM SERVICES !!!!!

Telkom Is the biggest waste of time, They cannot get anything right stay right away from them, after phoning more than 40 times in the last 4 months they still cant get any thing right. I have had it with them, they can take my line and everything and shove it. There is no one to take responsibility for anything or any way to escalate the issues, they try and bull**** the customer and tell them that an adsl line syncing at 2****bps is 4Mb. They have been taking my payment for 4mb every month but they only put out 2mb speed on my line. This is theft and *****. They slipped up today and set my line to work as it should and was fine for 3 minutes, then they told me there was an error and before you know it it was back at the ****py speed. They could not explain what happened and why it went back to the slow speed.

On here they will comment and say we are looking into it and then say it was resolved meanwhile it has not been resolved. The tech came and told me the cable was faulty, put in a temporary cable and its hanging from the trees and was told the cabling guys will be in to replace it, That was a month ago, still waiting... everyone else in the area has cancelled their services because of the bad service. My reccomendation put in a LTE advance data system and purchase a VOIP sip account and tell telkom to take their phone lines etc and shove it, its cheaper and it works unlike telkoms service and ****py excuses. Sorry but I am peeved after having this every week to rest my line.
