STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM!!!!!!! RUN!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE

Cancelled line March 2020 at Telkom store in Welkom Received an arrears account in August 2020. Took up the problem with Telkom only to discover the employee at the shop did not do his work properly. Was promised that account would be credited and line cancelled as it should have been done in March already. Received an account again which clearly shows again another telkom employee did not do their work, Have even been handed over to lawyers for arrears account, whoch is no affectinhg my credit rating poorly. Is there anybody at Telkom that knows what they are doing and wants to work perhaps
