Stay Away from Telkom - ******* Service Provider !

App**** for a Laptop deal at the Ballito Branch last weekend around the 25th , Told the sales lady that i currently have lines with cell c and they willing to offer me more however telkom mobile had a cheaper offer deal on the laptop and I was passing by the telkom store so decided to see if they would offer me the package<br> <br> Also mentioned that i needed it urgently,the same day i sent a few emails reminding her to get back to me <br> She then called late that afternoon to say that the application must be verified by head office and will take 2 more days due to the public holidays <br> <br> I e-mailed after the 2 days because no response then late that day i was advised it was approved but no stock and stock was arriving on the 1st of May 2015 <br> <br> Since that day no a response I tried calling over 10 times and sent more that 5 emails <br> <br> I then decided to enquire from other branches drove to stamford hill to find out no stock and to gateway to find out the same <br> <br> Then managed to find stock at the westville branch to find out that i need to re-apply which i did,then was advised app sent to head office and i need to wait 3 more days <br> <br> Your service is useless look at the complaints from other customers
