Stay away from Telkom & Openserve

Please BEWARE & think twice before becoming a Telkom Internet & telephone service customer.Absolutely the most shockingly terrible telephone service & technical support department which is Openserve, in South Africa!!!!!What an absolute nightmare of a company to deal with.

Our home WiFi and telephone service went down on the morning of Friday the 23rd.Since then I have been logging faults daily,emailing,try to chat to them online through their live chat and calling their call centre-no clear and complete explanation as to what is going on. The agents say they have no contact with Openserve only through email,and they don't know who is servicing us,they said it's a problem affecting the whole area- the agents keep saying the same thing everytime I call-that they will escalate the problem by emailing Openserve.

Imagine if Vodacom,MTN, Cell C went down for an entire week- no service at any point?No clear explanations.
