Stay away from telkom online BE WARNED

BEWARE!! Telkom online sales is HORRIFIC. I placed an order for mobile lte 1tb for R999 on 8th March. I was informed by consultant that the order would take 5-7 working days. On the 10th March i was debited R999. I then called the 10213 number and asked why i was debited for something i had not received. They informed me that it was a test debit and that the order was being processed. It is now the 18th march and i have called countless times, i have been told each time that it is being escalated. I ask to speak to a manager and they say the manager will call back. There still has been NO call from a manager despite me requesting 3 times!!. My order is still not processed and on the 17th March i was informed that once i do receive the sim card that i will be debited again R999. I asked the consultant if they understand that i will be then paying R2000 for something that costs R999 and the reply was " that is the terms and conditions" The service is horrible and i still dont have any internet despite the debit coming off over a week ago. Avoid the hassles. All the bad reviews of telkom were true. Dont fall into the same boat.
