Stay away from Telkom mobile worst service they have no idea what they doing!

<p>I had made payment of R600 on the 24/12/16 today I received an SMS saying that my line will be cut off and suspended due to non payment immediately I call into the call center and speak to this impercil named Jackson and he does nothing to reasure me that this won't happen and tells me that payment does reflect but was not updated by the billing department he then goes on to tell me that my LINE WILL BE CUT! EVEN THOUGH THIS IS NOT MY MISTAKE I ask to speak to management and get left on hold for 20 mins these people have no idea how to do their job first they harass you for not making payment then when u do u receive threatening SMS saying that they will suspend your line this is not the first time this has happened I'm amazed by the way they treat their clients!! You guys need to seriously Go off the market when u enter the store some client is storming off and furious or yelling its pathetic u retards!</p>
