Stay Away From Telkom Mobile

On Wed 2018/07/11 11:23 AM i called telkom Mobile call centre and spoke to Nosipho Sithole i was advised that due to the website not allowing me to cancel my services it would be done by the manager: Luthando Ngcobo within 24 hours and that i would receive a call from the manager to advise me that its done . Since then i have not received any form of communication. This is now the second time i am posting on hellopeter for the pathetic service that i have been receiving from . The customer service and experience from Telkom Mobile is pathetic.
