Stay away from Telkom Milnerton Centrepoint Mall.... Visit if you need to feel stressed only

Telkom have no understanding of Customer Service, my latest encounter at Centerpoint Loxton Road Milnerton branch was yesterday 3 December 2024, I app**** for a cellular contract instore, firstly asked what phone and then informed that non were in stock, secondly getting told that the system is down, told I can leave all my documents, and the consultant will continue with the application. She informed she would call me back. I tried calling the number is disconnected. Find a cellular contact on google call to be told the person that assisted will call me back I am still waiting. Called the cellular number again no answer, no one can help. My personal documents are i have no idea where and you just can't get hold of the branch. To add this assistance, have such a poor attitude when they are dealing with you. Horrible..... All I want is to know if I have been approved, when can I collect my documents and I can't get hold of anyone at the store on a telephone.
