Stay away from Telkom Insurance

Stay away from Finrite Administratotors , Telkom device insurance

Do not use this insurance. I have claimed for my 2 tablets on Friday 25 October 2019. I was requested to pay R1000 excess for both tablets which i paid. Telkom only delivered 1 device, what happened to my other tablet? It is the 18th of February and still no tablet. I am very disappointed in the service i'm getting from this Telkom insurance ad i don't know why Telkom is still in business with such a useless company. I have called Finrite numerous times and i was told that they will deliver my device in seven days, weeks and months have passed and still no device to date and yet they are still deducting my money?

I am absolutely shocked and saddened by the absolute lack of service or care for your customers. I hope this matter is attended to urgently.
