Stay away from Telkom, I compare them to Zuma

I made a case last week Friday (exactly 7 days ago). Case no ***2 since then I called them 3 times to find out how far they are with the case and laid a Hello Peter complaint against them for taking all my data, this is after confirming with the agent in fact I only used 35 gigs of my 50 gigs. now 7 days later I am currently on a call with Telkom requesting a manager with some sort of mandate and have been on line for 20 minutes with no one coming to the line, not even Nothando (the call centre agent) is not answering me back. I have had it up to here. Telkom, don't even bother to come back to me. I am going to ICASA now that they can take over since I requested a supervisor to deal with my case and the supervisor could not even come to the phone after holding on for 25 minutes to speak to the supervisor
