Stay away from Telkom!!!

Do not do business or take out a mobile contract with Telkom!! Telkom has the MOST useless and unprofessional service I`ve ever encountered. I tried to get a phone on contract from Telkom. My application was approved. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I phone them, only to find out that the consultant did not put through the debi-check to my bank for approval. After much back and forth, another consultant put through 2 debichecks with complete different amounts than the device I wanted and told me they can`t change it. I then cancel the whole process due to their utter incompetence. A month later I receive a package with a complete different device! I canceled my original order and they still end up sending me the wrong product!! What an absolute mess!!
