Stay away from Telkom

Telkom is the worst service provider ever. I have been battling to get assistance from them since the 10 August. I recently relocated and need assistance in getting my fiber up and running again, since they are my service provider but no one from Telkom has been able to assist. I have called all their numbers told them my issue a hundred times but till date no assistance. I am truly disgusted and disappointed with their services and for now I am stuck with them. I can’t use my internet and I work for home. They have really costed me.
