Stay away from Telkom

This is by far the worst service provider to dea with as my 24 month contract from jan 2019 to present has been messed up

I signed up in Jan 2019 and then in Feb 2019. I was forced migrated by Telkom which included the Telkom closer option last year Feb 2019 and until to date nothing has been resolved

Please please please can be a MANAGER LOOK ONTO THIS MATTER AS ALL SMS WHICH TELKOM SENT TO ME IS STILL ACCESSIBLE AND REQUIRE URGENT ATTENTION TO THIS

FURTHERMORE CAN A MANAGER CALL ME INSTEAD OF SENDING MESSAGES OR EMAILS ???
