Stay away from Telkom Century City and Lindelani.

On the 15th of November, I went to renew my cell phone contract with Telkom in the Century City branch; Lindelani, a supervisor, assisted me. I bought a S24 and S7 watch combo. I live in PE, and Lindelani assured me that I would receive the watch 2 days later. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting to receive my watch; the lack of communication from Lindelani has been poor. Please avoid this branch as they don't follow through with what was promised. It's a poor reflection of Samsung and Telkom. He doesn't return my calls or messages.
