Stay away from telkom ADSL

We have cancelled our telkom ADSL and line rental now three times - twice by faxing through forms and once by having a telkom agent emailing the accounts department directly, on our behalf. Then after that we AGAIN got another bill. Then we went to capitec to reverse the debit order and guess who phones to ask why we didn't pay our bill?! TELKOM. Then we told the guy on the phone our whole sad story and he also promised he would sort it out and we wouldn't get any more bills. Well, we faxed the first cancellation form through in April, and we are STILL receiving bills from TELKOM. Now our spotless credit record is in jeapordy because of Telkom's negligence.
