Stay away from Telkom!

So Telkom, decided to process 4 credit checks on my name instead of 1 now my credit score is adversely affected. Just to speak to the right person is a maze, you get transferred till you lose interest. I don't know how many times I need to try contact them for this issue to be resolved, it's ridiculous
