Stay away from telkom

Stay away from Telkom. False adverti*****t. Internet running at 10th the speed they advertise. Call service agent and they tell me its eskom with loadshedding, we dont have loadshedding here at the moment. She then tells me its network coverage. I tell her the coverage was fine last month. Again thinking of another excuse and then finally stating telkoms network is fine. Telkoms network is obviously not fine when speedtests report telkom's down and its just not my area. Lame excuses for someone that works for a company that does not have a clue of what's going on. Only called to find out what's wrong and when to expect it to be fixed, this is the response. 3 weeks with **** internet speed and no vald explanation. Basically just *****ing my money...
