Stay away from Telkom

My line is not working (apparently this is a bulk problem). I have tried every single avenue to get an answer as to when my service will be up and running again. Since Monday morning 08H00 the answer has been the same "Cable has been cut/vandalized will advise as fault progresses. I have tried phoning, emailing, facebook you name it, I have tried it. No answer. So basically what Telkom is saying is that the job has NOT GONE ANY FURTHER SINCE MONDAY MORNING!!! Telkom do not care that you are in a very competitive environment and that there are alternatives for the services (that's a laugh) that they provide. I almost got an LTE product from them about a week and a half ago. Thank God I did not because dealing with these people is absolutely frustrating and shocking. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Look at the number of complaints people have.
