STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM

I went into Telkom Somerset West 3 weeks ago, I got approved for a contract and waited another week to hear they don't have any iphones in stock. I then called for 3 days repeatedly, after chatting to a sales consultant for 3 hours, my contact was approved, I gave all my details and I was told they would have the phone delivered to me within 5-7 working days. They money was deducted, yet, NO email and no matter how many times I call/email or chat to the useless people on the chat option on their website. I have still not been helped and I still do not have the phone. How will I be refunded or get the phone? They dont know and neither do I! Telkom has **** service, I have never been this disgusted with a company!
