Stay away from Telkom

I'm starting to wonder if Telkom is a real company or just a Crech for little kids .. The feed back and service I'm receiving is just unacceptable . Someone at Festival Mall opened a cellphone contract with my name (Only them know how verifications were passed ) without my concern . I submitted the documents they asked me to submit ,to prove I don't know anything about this . Now I've been waiting for their feed back for full 2 months .When I call the call centre ,no one has answers ,the team leaders are forever busy or on leave . No one even have the ***** department's contact details or even know if they have a building for that matter . I've been on the call today for full 47:23 mins (Zinhle Ntetha was the call centre agent )with no help . For your own benefit ,stay away from Telkom .If they **** you ,just involve your lawyers ASAP .. Telkom is not to be trusted with anything . My name is blacklisted for something I don't even know ..
